For over 25 years, I've navigated the vibrant world of corporate finance, insurance, and management consulting. Starting as an executive assistant in my early twenties, I had a front-row seat to the world of leadership and decision-making. This sparked my passion for leadership, guiding me towards becoming a high-performance coach.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in project management across financial services, insurance, and management consulting. For 15 years, I operated as a contractor, delivering critical IT and business change projects.
These experiences have not only honed my project management skills but also deepened my understanding of the complexities and demands of various industries.
Everyone has innate qualities that can make a significant difference. My passion goes beyond creating fulfilling careers; it’s about creating environments where people are excited to contribute and succeed.
Through Wonderwerk, I strive to empower individuals to overcome their challenges, discover their true potential, and thrive in their professional lives.
Although I’ve had a successful and fulfilling career so far, it hasn't been without its challenges. I have suffered from burnout, imposter syndrome, and low confidence. These experiences were tough, but they also taught me invaluable lessons about resilience and self-care. I became intentional about managing stress while maintaining high-performance, and this transformation has fueled my passion for helping others do the same.
In 2018, I took a significant step towards fulfilling this passion by completing a diploma in high-performance coaching and starting my coaching practice. Today, I am also a qualified leadership consultant, dedicated to inspiring real, positive, and sustainable change. I believe that early leadership development can lead to meaningful long-term changes, such as closing the gender pay gap and enhancing diversity in leadership.
